Here's another definition for you:

Hypocrite
1 : a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion
2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings

This one is for your 'one neighbor' who likes to post self-serving tirades that include quotes from scripture that serve his/her needs while ignoring others such as Exodus 20:16, Romans 13:9 and Matthew 5:43-45. I'm only pointing this out because 'one neighbor' quoted convenient scripture, yet in their rant ignored/violated so many others.
