Just Like wReggie to Do This

I welcome my 4th Weber grill to the family. It is a 22.5 Kettle Charcoal Grill that will accept all the new accessories I have bought….rotisserie, slow cooker and soon to have pizza oven.

This time I decided to adopt a rescue Weber from Craig’s List. Here is what I got if I bought new:

Weber 22.5 inch kettle grill                 $80
Weber Charcoal Chimney                   $15
Weber Kettle Cover                            $18
Weber Charcoal Briquette Holder      $16
Weber tool Holder                              $ 4

Total with Tax                                     $143.64

I paid $40 for it all and he threw in a bag of charcoal.

It really is sad that so many grills get neglected. People buy them thinking only of the tastey food they will produce but soon realise they are WAY more work to keep clean and keep them from rusting away.
Your a good man wReggie and that's a real lucky Weber Grill!

I am doing a hot burn off this morning and getting rid of the other guys food grease and cleaning the grill surface. Once the lid got hot it cleaned off with a sponge and shines like the hood of a new Buick.

You can get a pizza oven for a Weber grill? This could just convince me to do away with the gas grill, or better yet, just get it a sibling grill with a pizza oven accessory.

I think there is a time and place for both types of grills....charcoal and gas should live in harmony.
