Share the Knowledge

A little over a year ago, I attended The Bondo School of CulinaryArts in California. The training was intense, but I came away with the knowledge of how superior a spun chicken is.  

I have practiced, and now, I am decent chicken spinner, thanks to my training at BSCA.

Recently, a student of mine down on the Atlantic coast, spun his first chicken, and sent me a picture.

I am so proud, and I know the faculty at BSCA must be proud too.
