I checked myself back into fat rehab today by signing up for
another 90 days of weight watchers.
By last January of this year I had lost 25 pounds, however since
June, 9 pounds made its way back on me. I want to stop it now before it becomes
an insurmountable task.
Plus I really like my clothes fitting.
So, lots of fruits and vegetables, little carbs/fats and exercise.
