Damn. It seems I have aggravated something in my foundation vertebrae once again. I guess I have been pushing too much. My right and left thigh will suddenly erupt in a pain that feels like a dog bite. I have learned to stop yelling when this happens, because it makes me look so stupid when I start screaming for apparently no reason. I get waves of numbness in my right leg. Often nothing hurts but my spine. So I am seeking some new path, since I am not on a cane, and much better off than I was before surgery, as to head off another episode of pain and surgery, like I did last spring. The place I am going claims that they can heal damaged discs without surgery or steroid shots. We will see. I have a lot of active life yet to live.

A topical application of Maker's Mark might help.
I'm just say in'.
Oh no! So sorry to hear this.
I woke up with a back ache...
it must be an omen, or a signal, or possibly a good name for a band.
