Yum, hospital food...
You seemed to manage and recover from back surgery pretty well. I'm glad you could mostly resume your normal life. But it's never fun to be reminded that you're not as young as you used to be. My chiropractor reminds me of that ALL the time.
Bendable straws are the shiznat.
