Son of Loaf Bread

My last post about bread caused such a firestorm of comments that I just have to share again.

Here are a couple of loaves I baked this afternoon. Damn good, chewy in the inside and crunchy on the outside.

That's some mighty fine looking bread, I have no doubt that it is as tasty as it looks. Next passage I want you as cook. You available for a trip from Tahiti to Tonga and on to Figi? j/k Thats where my nephew is now, on a seventy foot yacht delivery, paid trip.

I just did one where you grease the pans and coat them with cornmeal then let the dough rise once in the pans and backe for 35 min at 350.

When you toast it is has exact same texture as an english muffin
