Progress I Swear

I spent the weekend in the garage.

In order to mix things up a bit I decided to listen to the local top 40 station.

Was top 40 as monotonous in the 1970’s as it is today? Honestly I like the new music just fine but hearing Boom Boom Pow, Blame it on the Alcohol, and Sugar every hour along with the other songs has put the play list to memory. Actually I like two Flo Rida songs enough I downloaded the tunes.

When exactly do they introduce a new song?

Exactly the reason I barely ever listen to the radio anymore.
The songs get on my nerves after about 2 days...

No, it wasn't as monotonous. I just posted about this - remotely. I know in the 80's you had anything from John Mellencamp to MC Hammer to Flock of Seagulls. Now it's all one monotonous R&B or Rap nightmare. Nice garage.

We had actually planned to name our next kid Flo Rida but then the rapper had to come out :(

Now the name just seems silly.

is it just me or is the dog in the middle picture striping the floor for you?

No. She is missing a back leg and for some reason prefers to put her only leg out like that.

Garage is looking good!!

Nice strategically placed Panthers swag scattered throughout as well.

I hate radio. Nothing good ever comes from the top 40.

If I do listen, it's on the classic rock station.

I think the 70s offered some good music. I can't listen to top 40 anymore.

When I listen to crap on the radio, I wonder if it really is that bad, or if I'm just getting old and grumpy like my father.

Garage is looking gooood!

Second time around....I notice your wrap around coolie on the work bench. It doesn't "look" like a beer, is it?

Busted Mic. See the red cooler to the right? Yep.
