Too funny--if we could somehow measure the amount of time we spend on hold in a year or something, I think it would make us CRY! I was on hold yesterday for 27 minutes just to schedule a stinkin doctor appointment! Then I called Sears to cancel a picture appointment I had and they put me on hold immediately and FORGOT about me! I tried calling back over and over again but the line was busy...probably b/c they still had me on hold!!!!
